Our services include the production and delivery of static ad creatives optimized for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising platforms, delivered on a monthly retainer basis. Specific deliverables, pricing, timelines, and terms of engagement are outlined in individual client agreements executed separately from these Terms.
2. Eligibility
Our services are intended for business entities and individuals who are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements. By using our website or services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Website use and account information
When you submit information through our website forms, including but not limited to opt-in forms, applications, and scheduling tools, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Client deliverables: Ownership and usage rights for ad creatives produced under a client engagement are governed by the individual client agreement executed between Convert Creatives LLC and the client. These Terms do not supersede the terms of any such agreement.
Training materials: Any training materials, videos, or educational content provided through our website or services are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not record, redistribute, resell, or share these materials without our prior written consent.
6. Prohibited uses
